2nd of the Şırnak University Music Festival, organized by the Faculty of Fine Arts, has been held at the 15 Temmuz Congress and Center. Speaking at the festival, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan underlined that he wants Şırnak to become a city of music and art.Şırnak Governor Osman Güneş, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, Mayor of Şırnak Mehmet Yarka, many academicians and students attended the Festival. Şırnak Governor Osman Güneş, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, Mayor of Şırnak Mehmet Yarka made speeches on the importance of the festival.Following the speeches, the Festival was performed with solo instrument and choir. After the music feast, Governor Osman Bilgin, Mayor Mehmet Yarka and our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan presented flowers to the teachers who organized the festival and performed on the stage.
