Mehmet Hadi Tunç, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, met at the "Agriculture and Forestry Sector Evaluation Meeting" program, hosted by our University, regarding the activities related to agriculture and farming in Şırnak province. The program held in the Senate Meeting Hall of our University; Deputy Minister Tunç, Governor of Şırnak Ali Hamza Pehlivan, Mayor of Şırnak Mehmet Yarka, Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, Deputy Governor Mehmet Emre Canpolat, Cizre District Governor Mehmet Tunç, Nature Conservation and National Parks Regional Director Hacı Ahmet Çiçek, Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Director Selman Demirel, Provincial Forestry Operations Manager Reşit Tunç, Şırnak TSO President Osman Geliş, Provincial President of AK Parti İbrahim Halil Erkan and relevant stakeholders of agriculture and farming participated in the meeeting. The projects and activities carried out in Şırnak within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry were evaluated and the investments planned to be made in 2022, projects and activities were discussed during the meeting.At the end of the meeting, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan thanked to Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Mehmet Hadi Tunç and presented him the book titled "Şırnak with its Economic, Political and Social Dimensions" prepared by the academicians of our university.
