A certificate ceremony has been held for entrepreneur candidates who attended training in Şırnak within the scope of "Entrepreneurship Training" given by Dicle Development Agency (DİKA) in four provinces in Dicle Region. 17 young entrepreneur candidates who participated in the "Entrepreneurship for the Manufacturing Industry" training which was carried out within the scope of the "Technical Assistance for Encouraging Youth Employment" Project in the TRC3 Region, received their certificates. Governor of Şırnak Ali Hamza Pehlivan, Mayor of Şırnak Mehmet Yarka, Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, Chairman of Şırnak Chamber of Commerce and Industry Osman Geliş and the General Secretary of DİKA Ahmet Alanlı attended the ceremony and presented their certificates to the entrepreneurs.
