"Cooperation Protocol of Central Research Laboratories" has been signed between our university and Bitlis Eren University, Muş Alparslan University, Siirt University, Bingöl University and Batman University. The protocol which was hosted by Muş Alparslan University, was signed by our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, Rector of Bitlis Eren University Prof. Dr. Necmettin Elmastaş, Rector of Muş Alparslan University Prof. Dr. Fethi Ahmet Polat, Rector of Siirt University Prof. Dr. Nihat Şındak, Rector of Bingöl University Prof. Dr. İbrahim Çapak and Rector of Batman University Prof. Dr.İdris Demir.Cooperation Protocol of Central Research Laboratories includes the principles and procedures regarding mutual service procurement and joint ventures in the realization of analyzes used in Research and Development (AR-GE), scientific and technical studies between these universities. The protocol also contains analyzes, research and development, and all work and operations related to scientific and technical studies carried out by six universities. Stating that the cooperation protocol between six universities is based on mutual benefit between these universities, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan wished the protocol bring success to all sides in their work. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan also stated that the protocol, which will be valid until the end of 2024, can be extended under the same conditions in case of demand.
