The second project meeting called "Beekeeping Entrepreneurship for NEETs" has been held within the scope of Erasmus + Program Cooperation Partnerships in the Field of Youth. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, representatives of many institutions from Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria and Czechia attended the online meeting. Making the opening speech of the meeting, our Rector Prof. Dr. Erkan expressed that many of our young people will gain international experience in beekeeping within the scope of this project and that this situation will make significant contributions to the production of bee products in our region and thanked the representatives of the institutions for their participation.Presenting on behalf of our university, Dr. Lecturer Mustafa Rüstemoğlu, on the other hand, compared the beekeeping data of Şırnak province with the data of Turkey and the World. He informed the participants about the monofloral, polyfloral, secretory honeys produced in Şırnak province and the plant species that source these honeys.
