Our university continues to increase its quality with the trainings given to our academic and administrative staff."2022 In-Service Training Program" organized by the Personnel Department and "EBYS and Correspondence Rules" training jointly organized by our Registrar's Office and IT Department. The trainings were given by Assoc. Dr. İbrahim Baz, General Secretary of our University, and Osman Köse, Head of Personnel Department. First of all, on 22-23 February, Head of Personnel Department Osman Köse gave training on the procedures and principles to be applied in official correspondence and standard file plan. In the training held on March 3, the General Secretary of our University, Assoc. Dr. İbrahim Baz stated that the rules of correspondence are very important in terms of gaining a corporate identity. He gave information about the state and documents, types of official letters, addresses in official letters, time and process management in letters, use of writing and authority, personal data protection law and legal responsibilities.In addition, a presentation on EBYS and correspondence rules was made by the Registrar's Office and the IT Department of our University.
