A protest march has been held against terrorist organization PKK, which killed 13 citizens in Gara, located in the area of Operation Pençe Kartal-2 in Şırnak.Şırnak Governor Ali Hamza Pehlivan, Şırnak Deputy Mayor İhsan Gören, Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, staff of our university and also many citizens participated in the protest march against terrorist organization PKK, which killed 13 citizens in Gara.Citizens, representatives of non-governmental organizations and political parties met in Cumhuriyet Square for the "Şırnak one voice, one heart" march against terrorism. Residents of the city with Turkish flags in their hands unfurled banners "Sirnak with one heart against terrorism" and "We Curse Terrorism". During the march, sala prayers was read at the mosques in the city. Citizens gathered in the Sanat Street, continued to condemn terrorism with slogans and anthems. After the speeches about the meaning of the day, the march ended with the press release and prayers.
