School of Tourism and Hotel Management participated in the TravelExpo Ankara International Tourism and Travel Fair held in Ankara on behalf of our University. Our stand attracted great attention at the fair, which was supported by Şırnak Governorship, Municipality and Şırnak Chamber of Commerce and Industry. TravelExpo Ankara International Tourism and Travel Fair, which was held for the fifth time this year, was held at Ankara ATO Congresium Fair and Congress Center between 3-6 March. During the fair, our stand was attended by the Ambassador of the Philippines, President of the Kazakhstan Tourism Development Agency, Ankara Tourist Guides Association, Ankara Coordinator of Oxford Street Language Academy, President of Ankara Cycling and Outdoor Sports Association, General Manager of Paşapark Hotels, the representatives of the governorships and municipalities of many destinations as well as Iran, Lithuania, Ecuador, Mexico, Uruguay, Kyrgyzstan, South Africa.Attending the fair on behalf of our university, Deputy Director of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management Lecturer Taner Tur underlined that they had discussions with the representatives about the inclusion of Şırnak in tour routes and stated that they made promotions about Şırnak's culture and tourism.
