The conference on "Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and Higher Education Legislation” has been organized by our university within the framework of in-service training programs.Our Rector Prof. Dr. Abdurrahim Alkış and also many academic and administrative staff attended the conference which was presented by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Refik Korkusuz,  the Dean of Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law. The opening speech of the conference held at the 15 Temmuz Congress and Culture Center of our university, was made by our Rector Prof. Dr. Abdurrahim Alkış. Following his speech, the first session of the conference started.Prof. Dr. Mehmet Refik Korkusuz drew the general framework of the concepts of law, justice and constitution in his speech. The first session of the conference ended with question and answer session.
