The Cooperation Protocol of "Pedagogical Formation Education Certificate Program" has been signed between Dicle University and our university. The protocol was signed by our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Karakoç, Director of Dicle University Distance Education Application and Research Center. Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan emphasized the importance of academic cooperation between both universities and said, "We signed a cooperation protocol between our university and Dicle University on pedagogical formation education. Protocols are an important factors in increasing efficiency and quality. I would like to thank our members who contributed to this protocol".
