A cooperation protocol regarding the departments / programs to be carried out jointly has been signed between our University, which is in the status of a young university within the scope of the YÖK Anatolian Project, and Istanbul University which is in the status of a senior university.Rector of our university Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, Rector of Istanbul University Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Haluk Alkan, Dean of the Faculty of Theology Prof. Dr. Ramazan Muslu, Head of Biostatistics Department Prof. Dr. Eray Yurtseven , General Secretary Metin Küçük, General Secraretary of our university Assoc. Dr. İbrahim Baz and our deans participated in the cooperation protocol signing ceremony held in the Senate Chamber of our university.In his opening speech, stating that İstanbul University will contribute a lot to Şırnak University with the cooperation protocol and their task in this regard is to ensure that the city develops culturally, socially and scientifically, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan, followed as; "I would like to thank everyone, especially our President of the Republic and the President of the Council of Higher Education, for their contributions on these projects and other issues. I would like to thank the Rector of İstanbul University Mahmut Ak and his team for their support for the development of our university and our city".Expressing his pleasure to be at Şırnak University, Rector of Istanbul University stated that this protocol will make a great contribution to the development of the university not only in the course but also in many areas.At the end of the speeches, a mutual cooperation protocol was signed. After signing the signatures, Rector of our University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Erkan presented the model of Hz. Nuh's Ark to the Rector of Istanbul University Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak.Following the ceremony of protocol signing, Rector of Istanbul University Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak and his delegation visited the campus area of our university.
