Ramadan is a month of love, respect and tolerance in which human relations become stronger, hope comes alive, our unity and solidarity become stronger in the social life. During the tough coronavirus struggle, this month should be seen as an exceptional time of sharing and solidarity, as people will both perform their prayers more intensely and help those in need.In this month of mercy and forgiveness, which is full of beauty, I wish Allah give love to our hearts, blessing  to our tables, peace and happiness to our homes, bring us to the beautiful days of friendship, peace and brotherhood, accept our fasting and prayers.With these feelings and thoughts, I congratulate my fellow citizens of Şırnak, our beloved nation and the entire Islam world on the month of Ramadan.                                                                                                                                                             Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin ERKAN                                                                                                                                                                         Rector
